Marilyn Manson Loses, Rape Survivor Victorious in New York Ruling

Survivor Speaks Publicly for First Time

“Manson (Brian Warner) can’t hide and terrorize victims anymore – time’s up for Manson.” – Jeff Anderson

A powerful ruling as part of a lawsuit against Brian Warner (aka Marilyn Manson) for the horrific grooming and sexual abuse of a young woman from her childhood into the early years of her adulthood, has been made. The New York court denied Warner’s effort to throw the case out of court. For the first time, the survivor has come forward using her name to share her story and thoughts on the ruling.

“The attempt to throw the case out was a thinly veiled effort by Warner to evade and prevail – evade accountability for his crimes and prevail in power and prestige. But this ruling proves that power, prestige and wealth are not above the law.” – Jeff Anderson

Statement of Bianca Kyne:

No longer a nameless victim, I stand before you as Bianca Allaine Kyne, a survivor. Today, I reclaim my voice, a voice stolen for far too long.

I filed a lawsuit against Brian Warner, known publicly as Marilyn Manson, and the corporation that shielded him, Interscope. I feel empowered by the decision reached in New York Supreme Court denying the Defendants’ Motion to throw my case out of court under the Adult Survivors Act in New York. It is a testament that the tide is turning for survivors.

This lawsuit exposes the horrific abuse Warner inflicted upon me in New York, a chilling continuation of the predatory behavior he began against me when I was a minor in Louisiana. Warner exploited his power and twisted influence to coerce me into his dark desires. The young girl he groomed in Louisiana became a victim of his perversion in New York. I filed a lawsuit for that conduct in Louisiana against him and his sibling corporation – that case is pending.

For years, I lived under his shadow, paralyzed by fear. But that fear no longer controls me. It has been replaced by an unwavering pursuit of justice. I stand tall, unafraid.

I stand with every survivor who bravely speaks out. We are a chorus of truth, shattering the deafening silence that has protected predators for far too long. Each voice that rises exposes an industry that allows fame to mask abuse.

This is not just about my personal story. This is about exposing an industry that prioritizes profit over the safety of vulnerable young women.

I was unwillingly coerced into a world devoid of light. Today, I fight to bring humanity, compassion, and morality back to the entertainment industry.

Every survivor deserves justice. Today, I claim mine.
