The suit, the sixth this year, was filed Tuesday in North Dakota by a 47-year-old who alleges that when he was 14, Rose, who was teaching in Fargo, assaulted him during a school-sponsored trip to Florida.
Rose also faces suits alleging sexual abuse while teaching at DeLaSalle High School in Minneapolis and Cretin High School in St. Paul during the late 1960s and early ’70s.
