The St. Paul law firm Jeff Anderson & Associates filed the suit in Ramsey
County District Court on behalf of the brothers, who say from 1967 to 1973, when
they were 7 to 14 years of age, they were sexually assaulted by the Rev. Thomas
Stitts, a priest who at the time was assigned to Our Lady of Grace church in
Edina.

Nov 17, 2010: Lawsuit Filed Today Accuses Archdiocese of Cover-up

Jeff Anderson & Associates filed a lawsuit today in Ramsey County District Court on behalf of four Edina, Minnesota, brothers who claim that beginning in 1967, and until 1973, when the boys were 7 – 14 years of age, were repeatedly sexually assaulted by Father Thomas Stitts, a Roman Catholic priest who at the time was assigned to Our Lady of Grace church in Edina.

A lawsuit filed in Portage County Wisconsin Circuit Court claims Christian Brother Raimond Rose was on a sexual rampage that included at least twenty-one minor student victims at 7 schools in 4 states—including Pacelli in Stevens Point; De La Salle High School in Minneapolis, Minnesota; Shanley High School in Fargo, North Dakota; and De La Salle High School in Concord, California.

Pope Benedict has called the Cardinals across the world to the Vatican for “a day of reflection and prayer” next week.  This promises to be more of the same—all talk, no action.  What the Pope should be doing is calling law enforcement from across the globe to the Vatican to investigate and prosecute those who have committed and been complicit in the sexual abuse of children.

Nov 10, 2010: Former Wisconsin high school student filed a lawsuit against his former teacher for producing and possessing pornographic images

A former high school student from Racine, Wisconsin, filed a lawsuit
against his former teacher for producing and possessing pornographic
images of the student but also included anyone who downloaded the porn
as defendants.

This lawsuit is part of a trend where victims of child pornography
are suing their perpetrators under a federal statute that provides for
damages of at least $150,000 for each image produced or possessed. That means any
person who downloaded the internet porn containing images of the
student is subject to this lawsuit.  This is the third such lawsuit that
