Multiple people have accused Fr. Michael J. Hogan of sexually abusing them as children. The Archdiocese of Chicago first received allegations of abuse against Fr. Hogan in 1986. He resigned from the priesthood in 1993 and was laicized in 2015. Fr. Hogan is included in the Archdiocese of Chicago’s list of “Archdiocesan Priests with Substantiated Allegations of Sexual Misconduct with Minors.” His whereabouts and whether he has access to children are unknown.
