Fr. Malachy M. McGinn worked in the Dioceses of San Diego and San Bernardino. He is accused of sexually abusing children in approximately 1969 and 1981, according to the Diocese of San Bernardino. Fr. McGinn was included in the Diocese of San Bernardino’s list of clergy credibly accused of child sexual abuse. He was also included in the Diocese of San Diego’s list of priests where the Diocese has received a credible allegation involving sexual abuse of a minor
