Notes: Fr. Thomas McElhatton was a Dominican priest. In a 2003 civil lawsuit, Fr. McElhatton was accused of sexually abusing a child. Fr. McElhatton allegedly sexually abused at least two children at St. Dominic Catholic Church, one from approximately 1943 to 1944 and another from approximately 1950 to 1953. Fr. McElhatton was included in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles’ list of priests accused of sexual misconduct involving minors.
