Robert L. Brown
In 2014, the Diocese of Rockville Centre received a report of child sexual abuse against Fr. Robert L. Brown. Fr. Brown worked at St. Catherine of Sienna in Franklin Square, New York when he allegedly sexually abused a teenage boy from approximately 1981 to 1989.
Fr. Robert L. Brown was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Rockville Centre in 1957 and worked at the following locations:
- 1958-1968: St. Agnes’ Cathedral, Rockville Centre, NY
- 1969-1981: St. Mary’s, Manhasset, NY
- 1982-1991: St. Catherine of Sienna, Franklin Square, NY
- 1992-1994: St. Christopher, Baldwin, NY
Fr. Robert L. Brown died on November 23, 1994.
