Raoul Gauthier

While serving as a priest in the Diocese of St. Cloud, Father Raoul Gauthier admitted to sexually abusing a 17 year-old mentally handicapped man in 1979. He was charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct but shortly after, Gauthier left the United States and was never extradited from Gravelbourg, Saskatchewwan, Canada where he was ordained in 1933.

Father Raoul Gauthier died in 1995 at age 92.
