At least one survivor has come forward alleging child sexual abuse by Br. Mark Epperson, S.D.B., a member of the Salesians of St. John Bosco Order, between approximately 1979 and 1983. Br. Epperson has been named in at least one civil lawsuit. As of 2017, Br. Epperson was believed to be residing in Blanchard, Idaho. He was included in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles’ list of priests accused of sexual misconduct involving minors. Br. Epperson’s clerical status, current whereabouts, and whether he has access to children are unknown.
