Francis X. Mulhall: Diocesan Clergy Accused of Sexual Misconduct With a Minor

Francis X. Mulhall

In October 2003, Msgr. Francis X. Mulhall of the Diocese of Brooklyn was named in a lawsuit brought by survivors of child sexual abuse. Msgr. Mulhall was working at St. Thomas Aquinas in Brooklyn, New York, when he allegedly sexually abused a girl in approximately 1984.

Msgr. Francis X. Mulhall was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Brooklyn in 1947 and worked at the following locations:

Msgr. Francis X. Mulhall died September 23, 2009.
