Fr. Theodore W. Feely was ordained a Franciscan priest and worked in Illinois, California, and Nevada. In 2002, two men came forward to accuse Fr. Feely of child sexual abuse from approximately 1968 to 1972 while he worked at St. Anthony of Padua in Rockford, Illinois. One of the men filed a civil lawsuit in 2006 against the Diocese of Rockford for the abuse he suffered.
