- Notes: On March 20, 2018, the Diocese of Buffalo included Fr. Donald S. Fafinski on its list of priests who have been accused of child sexual abuse. The diocese did not disclose any information regarding the allegations, Fr. Fafinski’s prior assignments, or his current location. Fr. Fafinski worked with children for several years teaching at Cardinal Mindszenty High School in Dunkirk. Fr. Fafinski was principal until the school closed in 1979. He also taught at Archbishop Walsh High School in Olean and was Director of the Youth Council in 1980 to 1981. As of 2016, Fr. Fafinski was believed to be a retired priest residing in Dunkirk, New York.
