  • Notes: Fr. Donald J. Hebert was a coordinator for religious activities for Boy Scouts and Girls Scouts throughout the Diocese of Syracuse. In 1990, a child alleged that Fr. Hebert sexually abused him during a camping trip. Fr. Hebert was sent to St. Luke’s Institute, an out-of-state treatment facility. In 2003, the Diocese of Syracuse confirmed that Fr. Hebert was permanently removed from ministry due to credible allegations of child sexual abuse.
