Fr. Adam Prochaski was ordained a priest in the Diocese of Brooklyn. Since 2017, over 20 women have reported being sexually abused as minors by Fr. Prochaski, between approximately 1970 and 1994, at Holy Cross in Maspeth, New York. Fr. Prochaski reportedly resigned from ministry in 1994. Fr. Prochaski is included on the Diocese of Brooklyn’s 2019 “List of Diocesan Clergy For Whom the Diocese Received Allegations of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor,” in the subsection “Clergy Members of the Diocese of Brooklyn With Credible Allegations: Credibility Deemed by Diocesan Review Board Determination and/or Admission on Behalf of the Cleric.” Fr. Prochaski is believed to be living in the state of New York. His current status as a priest, whereabouts, and whether he has access to children are unknown.
