According to the Archdiocese of Los Angeles at least one survivor has come forward alleging child sexual abuse by Fr. Francisco Javier Perez, from approximately 1985 to 1998. Fr. Perez was included in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles’ list of priests accused of sexual misconduct involving minors. It is believed Fr. Perez may have died in approximately 2013. Since 2001, Fr. Perez’s whereabouts, his status as a priest and whether he had access to children are unknown.
