Ordained in 1980, Father Michael Stevens was named by the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis on December 5, 2013 as having a substantiated claim of sexual abuse of a minor.

Father Stevens worked as a pastor in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis from 1980-2002.

According to the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, Father Michael Stevens worked in the following parishes:

  • Associate priest, St. Michael, Prior Lake, 1980-1982
  • Associate priest, Epiphany, Coon Rapids, 1982-1988
  • In residence, St. Mark, St. Paul, 1988
  • In residence, St. Adalbert, St. Paul, 1988-2003
  • Resigned, 2002

Father Stevens was permanently removed from ministry in 2002. The Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis believe he is currently residing in Saint Paul.
