Jeff Anderson & Associates is recognized as the nation’s premier law firm to represent victims of childhood sexual abuse. We are smart, tough and relentless, but the virtue that ultimately sets us apart is our compassion. We are people who feel deeply and work tirelessly in response to an unjust world. We have a reputation for being the best at what we do, and that begins and ends with our ability to support, protect and guide survivors along their journey towards justice and healing.
As sexual abuse lawyers we have represented thousands of victims of childhood sexual abuse in cases against individual offenders and the institutions that harbor them. We are engaged with a national network of attorneys who share our mission, and when we take a case, we exhaust every imaginable resource in order to serve our clients' needs.
An estimated 39 million survivors of childhood sexual abuse exist in the United States today. One in four girls and one in six boys experience some form of sexual abuse before the age of 18, and one in five children will be solicited sexually on the internet.
In most cases, childhood sexual abuse goes unreported or victims break silence many years after the abuse occurs. While there are many legal barriers to prosecuting those responsible for abuse, our firm has worked to overcome these barriers for more than 25 years. As pioneers of child protection through civil litigation, we are aggressively committed to this cause and capable of handling the most complex legal problems in courts across the United States.
Jeff Anderson is widely recognized as a pioneer in sexual abuse litigation and a champion of survivors of childhood sexual abuse. In nearly four decades as a litigator, Jeff has represented thousands of survivors and their families and has tried over two hundred and fifty jury trials to verdict across the country through the crucible of the courtroom. Known for his optimism, energy and compassion for his clients, Jeff is credited with being instrumental in exposing the large scale cover-up of pedophile priests in the early 1980's. As one of the first trial lawyers in America to publicly and aggressively initiate lawsuits against sexual predators—and focusing on bringing heat and light on the offenders and the institutions that conceal and protect them.
Jeff has received many awards and recognitions but his greatest honor is the trust reposed in him by survivors and their families. From them he draws strength, courage and inspiration in the shared journey of hope and healing.
Anderson's tireless efforts extend beyond the courtroom where he is a frequent lecturer, survivor advocate and author who advocates for legislative and judicial protection of children and the prevention of childhood sexual abuse.Jeff Anderson Bar Admissions:

Robert E. Pastor would be the first to admit that, as a prosecutor, obtaining a guilty verdict brought great satisfaction. He experienced that satisfaction countless times during his distinguished career with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. But Bob wanted to do something more positive — to hold people and organizations accountable for the hurt they inflicted on others.
That’s why he turned his talents to helping injured people and their families. Today, Bob represents people who are facing a life-changing injury and those families whose loved one has been killed. Bob has made a special mission of making sure that those who claim to protect us and for whom we entrust with our lives are held to account when they neglect or deny their responsibilities. Throughout his career, for example, Bob has successfully sued school districts, government entities and religious institutions that have chosen to shield sexual predators they employ. By the same token, Bob has fought and won against insurance companies who refuse to provide the protection their clients paid for.
Like many successful trial lawyers, Bob’s commitment to justice comes from a deep, personal experience with pain and loss. Through the years, Bob uses his skills and experiences to obtain millions of dollars in settlements and jury verdicts for his clients.
