Fr. Thomas Gannon was ordained a Jesuit priest. Fr. Gannon is named on the USA Midwest Province Jesuits’ list of “USA Midwest Province Jesuits with Established Allegation(s)of Sexual Abuse of a Minor.” According to this list, Fr. Gannon is accused of sexually abusing minors from approximately 1961 to 1966 while he worked at St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland, Ohio; in approximately 1983 while he worked at St. James Church in Gary, Indiana; in approximately 1993 while he worked at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Chicago, Illinois; and in approximately 1998 while he worked at Holy Family Church in Chicago, Illinois.
