Childhood Sexual Abuse
Most of my work involves representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse. It is incredible the courage that my clients display on a daily basis. By standing up to those who hurt them, my clients protect future children from being abused. I cannot imagine a higher calling than to represent my clients when they are working hard to protect children from the horrors of abuse. Whether filing a civil lawsuit, pursuing criminal prosecution, conducting a mediation or testifying at a trial, my clients show courage every day.

I am dedicated to the protection of children from the epidemic of child abuse. I have not only litigated hundreds of cases across the United States involving childhood sexual abuse, I have worked with others to initiate legislation that protects children. In addition, I have lectured nationally on issues encountered in sexual abuse litigation and appeared on national television and in newspapers across the country advocating for survivors.

Business Assistance and Litigation
I also represent people who are in the process of starting new businesses. I am dedicated to getting my clients off on the right foot in their businesses by making sure that all of the corporate documents are in order and by making sure that my clients keep up with any changes in the laws. In addition, I represent existing businesses with their legal needs. Whether I review a lease, draft a purchase agreement, or create a business operation agreement, I am committed to providing quality service in a timely manner. With my extensive background as a lawyer who has handled cases in state and federal court in over a dozen states, I also offer by business clients high-powered representation when they encounter disputes and legal action.
